Firmness describes how hard or cushioned a mattress feels; support describes how well it helps keep your body aligned. Firm mattresses provide a more stable surface, medium mattresses balance cushioning and firmness, and plush mattresses offer deeper pressure relief. Your ideal feel depends on your sleeping position, body type and personal preference—not simply one firmness label.

An adjustable sleep system combines a compatible mattress with an adjustable base. Depending on the model, you can raise the head or feet, use zero-gravity positioning and choose other comfort settings for relaxing, reading or watching television. Some sleepers also find head elevation helpful for nighttime comfort, but an adjustable base is not a medical treatment.

A Split King uses two separate Twin XL mattresses, allowing each partner to control their own side and, where available, choose a different mattress feel. A Split-Top mattress is joined through the lower portion but divided near the head, allowing independent head elevation with a more connected sleeping surface. These systems require compatible bases and bedding; contact us to confirm current availability.

Yes. Restezzzy offers 0% APR financing for up to 12 months, subject to credit approval and the financing provider’s current terms. Ask our team about eligibility, minimum purchase requirements, applicable fees and payment details before completing your order.

Eligible mattress purchases include one comfort exchange within 110 days if the mattress is not the right fit. The mattress must be clean, sanitary and in like-new condition, and a re-delivery charge applies. If the replacement mattress costs more, you pay the difference. This is a one-time comfort exchange, not a refund program, and the replacement mattress does not begin a new comfort-exchange period.

Warranty terms vary by brand and mattress model. Manufacturer warranties generally cover qualifying defects in materials or workmanship but do not normally cover comfort preference, normal softening, stains, misuse or physical damage. Always use a suitable foundation or bed frame and follow the manufacturer’s care requirements. Keep your receipt and law label, and review the warranty supplied with your mattress for its exact coverage and indentation threshold.

Free local delivery is available on qualifying orders over $999 before tax within Restezzzy’s eligible local service area. Delivery outside the local area, in-home setup, difficult-access locations and removal services may involve additional charges. Please confirm your postal code and required service with our team before ordering.

The service provided depends on the delivery option confirmed with your order. Before delivery, clear a safe path and make sure an adult is available to receive the order. Front-door delivery does not include placement, assembly or removal.
