Shipping & Exchanges

At Restezzzy Mattresses Inc, we want to ensure that you have the best sleep experience possible. We understand that it may take some time for your body to
adjust to a new mattress. Therefore, if you find yourself uncomfortable on your mattress after three weeks, please contact us, and we will be glad to assist you.

 

1. Eligibility for Exchange

- The mattress must be in like-new condition, clean, and free from any stains, odors, or damage. We recommend using a mattress protector during the trial period to maintain its pristine condition.

- The exchange policy for mattresses is 110 days on most of our mattresses. However,
this does not include any furniture purchased, including but not limited to: platforms, headboards, footboards, and adjustable bases. Additionally, items purchased on clearance, special sizes, and beddings are not eligible for exchange.

 

2. Exchange Process

- Each customer is allowed only one mattress exchange within the eligible period.

- Customers are responsible for the re-delivery charge associated with the exchange process.

 

3. Exchange Options

- You can exchange the mattress for a different model or size of equal or greater value. If the new mattress has a higher price, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.

- Please note that any accessories, such as mattress protectors or bedding, purchased
with the original mattress are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

4. Fees and Charges

- A processing and handling fee of $59 will apply for all mattress exchanges to cover transportation and logistics expenses.

 

5. Mattress Pickup and Delivery

- Restezzzy Mattresses Inc will arrange for the pickup of the original mattress and delivery of the new mattress upon processing your exchange request.

- The delivery date for the new mattress will be subject to product availability and may take up to [number of days] to complete.

 

6. Limited Warranty

- The exchange policy does not extend or affect the original warranty period of the mattress. For information on our mattress warranties, please refer to our separate warranty policy.

 

7. Non-Eligible Returns

- Products that are damaged, dirty, or stained are not eligible for exchange.

- It is normal for nominal body impressions to appear on your mattress as it contours to your body. Additionally, a new bed smell may be present but will typically dissipate within a few days.

 8. Discretionary Rights

- Restezzzy Mattresses Inc reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not
meet the eligibility criteria or fails to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

Please keep in mind that the mattress exchange policy only applies to mattresses and not to
any other products mentioned in the non-eligible returns section. For information regarding returns, refunds, and other inquiries, kindly refer to our separate refund and return policy.
